This is a pinwheel quilt I made fr my sons fiance.  It turned out pretty cute.  I had a hard time parting with it, but that is what I do, I make presents for people.  I am currently working on one for another sons wife.

Close up of the Dew drops fabric.

The last one I am posting today is a wall quilt I made with machine embroidered bright happy fish in the corners and center.  The fabrics are all prints with what looks like waterspots on them.  It is actully called Dewdrops.  I have some scraps left, but not enough to make another identical wall hanging.  Into the scrap basket they go.  I'll find something to do with them.
This quilt is a Lover's Knot ( from the book of the same name by Eleanore Burns).  She is the Quilt in A Day lady and really cracks me up.  Pretty famous lady in the quilting world.  I think my son Christopher was 3 when I made this, now he is 22.  I wonder where all the in-between years went.
I designed this one for my niece Stacey.  My other niece is named Stephanie.  Stephanie traced our family back to King Edward the Third.  Now they want to be referred to as Princess Stacey and Princess Stephanie.  Well allrighty then.  Only if they call me Your Royal Highness.  LOL  I call this quilt night and day.  The light fabric has clouds and the dark blue fabric looks like the night sky.  Stacey loves her quilt also.  She took it everywhere when I finished it for her.  No quilting job would be complete without my little helper Spooky.  She actually lays on them when I'm trying to quilt them, which is not easy to do with a 10 pound kitty laying on your project.
Another Ohio Star quilt I made for one of my nieces, she loves sunflowers, I fussy cut the center squares and then found coordinating fabrics to make the star points.  Her quilt is well loved.
Pictures of pictures of my quilts I have made, black and white with red stars is the one I did for my son Erik when he was a teenager.  It's still around and he's in his thirties now.  I think he is afraid to use it, he says he doesn't want to ruin it.  I've done two for his baby and those are in the closet so she won't ruin them.  LOL  I told him he should let her have them, that's why I made them, to be well loved.  Sily man.
